Simple Testing Procedure

1. Add Medium: Add the contents of one ReadyCult® snap-pack to 100-mL of the water sample in a sterile, transparent vessel.

2. Dissolve & Incubate: Shake to dissolve the granules and incubate at 35 \sim 37 °C for 24 hours.

3. Read Results: * Yellow: Negative.

   • Blue-Green: Positive for Total Coliforms.

   • Blue-Green + Fluorescence (under UV): Positive for E. coli.
