We’ve outlined these policies to ensure we are both protected and on the same page regarding our service.

1. Inventory & Availability

We do our best to keep our online stock counts accurate. However, occasionally a high volume of orders may lead to a stock discrepancy.

  • If an item is out of stock: We will ship the available portion of your order immediately.

  • For the remaining items: We will reach out to ask if you’d prefer to wait for a restock (back-order) or receive a refund for those specific items.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The price you see at checkout is final—there are no hidden surprises.

3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Returns (Change of Mind)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeline: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund will be made back to the payers bank account. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Claims

Quality is our priority. If you encounter a defect, we honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt.

  • The Process: Customers pre-pay return shipping. Once our team confirms the warranty claim (typically within 7 days of receipt), we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

  • Your Choice: You can choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

4. Delivery Terms

  • Dispatch: We typically ship orders within 3-7  business days.

  • Warehouse Hours: Our team works Monday – Friday during standard business hours. We are closed on national holidays, but we work hard to keep any holiday delays to a minimum.

  • Address Changes: We can update your delivery address anytime before the order is dispatched.

  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

    • -P.O. Boxes: We are happy to ship to your P.O. Box using standard postal services.

    • -Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): All military mail is shipped securely via USPS.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real-time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our team. If it was delivered while you were out, take photos and reach out to us immediately.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package exceeds the estimated delivery date, please let us know. We will open an investigation with the courier and process a replacement or refund as soon as the carrier confirms the loss.

7. Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: All prices displayed on our website already include applicable sales tax.

  • International Duties: Good news—import duties and taxes for international shipments are pre-paid. You should not face any additional fees upon arrival in your country.

8. Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy.
