Returns & Refunds Policy
At Brand Chemical & Supplies, we strive for precision and quality in every order. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
1. The 30-Day Policy
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
You must notify us or initiate the return within this 30-day window.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
This 30-day limit does not apply to products covered by a specific manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.
2. Chemical Reagents & Special Conditions
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure safety and quality:
Opened Chemicals: For safety and contamination reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened reagents or chemicals.
Ordering Errors: Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If a chemical is ordered incorrectly by the customer, it cannot be returned once opened.
Handling Fees: A 20% handling fee applies to all returns of items that were incorrectly ordered.
Our Commitment: If a return is necessary due to an error on our part, we will accept the return and rectify the situation immediately at no cost to you.
3. Exempt & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Downloadable software products.
Certain health and personal care items.
Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds).
4. How to Complete Your Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds may be granted in specific cases (if applicable):
Items with obvious signs of use or that have been opened.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your funds, please contact us at sales@brandchemicalsuppliers.com.
6. Exchanges & Gifts
Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective, damaged by our courier, or unused and sent in error. If you need an exchange, email us at sales@brandchemicalsuppliers.com and send your item to: Unit 10, 12 Outeniqua Road, Alrode South, Alberton, 1451, Gauteng, South Africa.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please mail it to:

Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we made an error. If you are returning an incorrectly ordered item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Timing: The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location.
